About Us

Established over 15 years ago by Adam Kane, Easiliving lettings and property management agency began serving a wide range of clients across the Newcastle area.

Our client base quickly expanded and we became a highly trusted agency amongst North East landlords, with many of our first clients continuing to work with us to this day.

The Roots of Easiliving

Beginning life as a student letting agent Easilet in Jesmond our focus has always been on providing quality accommodation. We take our responsibility to all our tenants seriously and aim to give the parents of our student tenants peace of mind. We have built excellent relationships with the local universities and work to ensure students and other residents can share and enjoy their neighborhood together.

From lettings to sales

We later expanded into professional lets but still felt that the Easilet brand could go even further. The Easiliving sales division was established in 2012 after a number of our landlords asked for help in buying new properties in the area. Since then we’ve helped thousands of buyers find their ideal property in the region, with a real emphasis on making the process as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.

Adam Kane

Managing Partner

Adam Kane established Easilet way back in 2001 and it has been expanding every since. Adam has built up a large client base, building great relationships with both landlords and tenants and gaining a good reputation throughout the marketplace. Adam has a friendly and trustworthy approach and is well known for his first class service to customers.

Carly Kane

Managing Partner, Finance Director

Carly Kane joined Easilet in 2007 and leads our Property Management, Maintenance and Accounts Departments. Carly is a highly driven individual who dedicates her time to the business and its clients. Carly has a Technical Award in Property Management and Residential Lettings.

Luke Kane

Office Manager

Luke Kane joined the company in 2008 after working in management accounting and Business Analyst roles, following his degree in Business Management. He plays a strategic role in the company and is a crucial part of the team. Luke’s determination to meet targets continues to drive the productivity and success of the company.

Nadia Dryden

Marketing Manager

Nadia Dryden joined Easiliving in 2011 as our Accounts Manager and became our Marketing Manager in 2014. She manages all our marketing activity and our relationships with the universities. She designs and leads all our online marketing portals, coordinating our social media feeds and maintaining our website.

Mark Hardy

Property Consultant

Mark Hardy has a wealth of experience from across the North East property industry. His focus is on completing sales with the minimum of fuss and delivering great customer service. Mark actively promotes the company ethos of honesty and integrity in all of his work, which we regard as the most important aspect of the service on offer at Easiliving.

Gemma Gair

Property Consultant

Gemma Gair joined us in 2014 as our lettings administrator and then stepped into the role of Property Consultant in April of 2016. Gemma’s background in customer service and sales at Ikea lent itself perfectly to the property industry, her artistic eye, and commercial acumen are a great asset in understanding how to best market properties.

Kelsie Reilly

Administration Coordinator

Kelsie Reilly joined Easiliving in April 2016 as our new Administration Coordinator. Whilst living in Leeds Kelsie worked in property management for Park Lane and Linley & Simpson, and more recently for the National Citizens Service in Newcastle. Kelsie’s fantastic organisation skills and eye for detail have really driven our administration department forward through piloting new technologies and ultimately improving the service we are able to give to our tenants and landlords.

Gemma Dobson

Maintenance Coordinator

Our new maintenance co-ordinator Gemma Dobson leads our portfolio management department. Her no-nonsense and common sense approach ensures our contractors are organised and produce outstanding work, to budget and on time. Driving our integration with the automated reporting system Fixflo, Gemma is focused on continually improving the Easiliving experience for our managed tenants and landlords.

Lauren Gair

Letting Negotiator

Lauren Gair is our newest member of the team! Lauren completed an apprenticeship in estate agency at Reeds Rains in Newcastle which gave her a great insight and overview of the industry. From Reeds Rains Lauren moved to HM Residential where she enhanced her knowledge of the Student Market and worked in all areas from negotiating through to property management and accounts.
