When one of our landlords asked us to renovate his property in Churchill Gardens — just around the corner from our office — we were excited, despite the challenge.
With a sitting tenant and plenty of wear, the property needed care and vision. We set to work, restoring original features like the stunning three-storey staircase, ceiling roses, and cornicing, pairing them with high-spec modern kitchens and bathrooms for a striking finish.
