Easiliving started out specialising in student housing so from day one our focus has been on providing exceptional places to live in our incredible city, helping create the ultimate Newcastle experience for our tenants.

Adam Kane established Easilet way back in 2001 and it has been expanding ever since. Adam has built up a large client base, building great relationships with both landlords and tenants and gaining a good reputation throughout the marketplace. Adam has a friendly and trustworthy approach and is well known for his first class service to customers.

Carly, our Finance Director joined Easilet in 2007 and now leads our Property Management, Maintenance and Accounts Departments. A highly driven individual, Carly is passionate and dedicates her time to the business and its clients and to the development of the team. Carly has a Technical Award in Property Management and Residential Lettings.
Office Manager
Luke Kane joined the company in 2008 after working in management accounting and Business Analyst roles, following his degree in Business Management. Luke is our office manager, plays a strategic role in the company and is a crucial part of the team. Luke’s determination to meet targets continues to drive the productivity and success of the company.
Property Consultant
Marcus our property consultant leads our letting team and brings his unique energy to Easiliving. Marcus gives us the edge with his relevance in the student market place yet relates equally well to professional renters and can hold his own with our landlords. He is incredibly commercially astute for a 21 year old, has great local knowledge and a thirst to learn about the industry.
Administration Coordinator
Kelsie joined us in 2016 having worked within the industry for over 10 years, building up a sound knowledge base backed up by her technical ARLA qualifications. Kelsie’s fantastic organisation skills and eye for detail have really driven our administration department forward, piloting new technologies and ultimately improving the service we are able to give to our tenants and landlords.
Maintenance Coordinator
Olivia joined the team in 2020 to oversee our portfolio of managed properties. Olivia’s experience within the industry has given her insight into all aspects of property management with a high-volume setting. Her no nonsense attitude works a treat with contractors who respect her insider knowledge, technical understanding, and insistence of a quality finish.
